Simply Sleepless

    The Red Dot Hotel opened in July in 2014 and is located in the old city district of Taichung, it was remodeled on the thirty-five-year-old Galaxy Hotel by ADA emerging architect Wang Po-Ren (王柏仁) who designed the new outer wall with old-style red bricks and industrial style steel structure. The floor uses tiles to bring out a huge slide that people can actually slide on, bubble chairs, and American style red dotted colored wall lamps. The lobby is erupting with a collision of old and new design. Red Dot Hotel’s interior brings out the creativity of Taiwanese designers combined perfectly with the local style.
